Will not leave a message, will hang up if you try to tell them something, polite or not...

I received the call first on my cell but did not answer because iam at work, them he call my work numerous time, spoke to me tell me this is a legal matter. and i hung up the phone, and then he repeatedly call back, my coworker answer it and he call her a FB. and then he call back and talk to my boss but wouldnt give any detail's. He said if I keep hang up I will make sure you lose your job! I believe they received this information thur a payday on the internet this is not the first call I have had. any help or advice would be greatly apprecitated.

I got a call from a female at the law office. i forgot her name. She told me about a debt i fogot about from college. i told her i didnt have the funds to pay so she said i should borrow money and settle for a lesser amount. i thought she was crazy for asking to borrow money from my family. i soon got sued for the debt and now my dad has to help me pay for the whole thing. i had no idea i needed to pay this as soon as i did. i thought if i screened my calls they couldnt do anything. i guess it just made them mad. I am now looking for a new job and they are all checking my credit. my law suit is public record and i think this thing may be preventing me from finding a good job. maybe i'll just go dance for a living. it is so depressing.

unknow caller keeps calling

have received several calls on my cell from this number, but when answered no one would talk - I called it back today and let it ring and ring - finally a "Bruce" answered, and he checked the number in their system and he said that they are trying to find a certain woman I had never heard of - when I told him that, he said that he apologizes and will remove my number from their database.

trying to obtain financial information about my credit cards

a woman asked if it was andrew, i said yes and she hung up. WTF?
